RAD Studio Co Workshop & Event Cancellation Policy

At RAD Studio Co, significant time is spent preparing materials, ordering supplies, creating custom projects, and reserving event dates. The following policy helps ensure fairness to both our clients and our business.
Private Parties, Community Events, Corporate Events & Group Workshops
A booking is considered confirmed once the required deposit has been received. Private events are subject to a minimum booking requirement of 10 participants unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by RAD Studio Co.
Client Cancellations
- More than 14 days before the event:
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Deposits may be transferred one time to a future event date within 90 days, subject to availability.
- Any additional costs already incurred for custom materials, specialty supplies, or venue requirements may not be refundable.
Less than 7 days before the event: Deposits and payments are non-refundable. Materials, preparation time, and scheduling commitments have already been incurred.
Participant Count Changes:
Final participant counts must be provided at least 7 days before the event or closer to the event at RAD Studio Co’s discretion. After that date: Additional participants may be added if supplies permit.
The final participant count provided by the client will be used for invoicing purposes. If fewer participants attend than originally confirmed, the final invoice amount will remain based on the confirmed count. Materials are purchased and prepared based on the final confirmed count.
Open Workshops Customer Cancellations
- 7 or more days before the workshop
- Credit toward a future workshop may be issued.
- Less than 7 days before the workshop: No refunds.
- Transfers to another participant are welcome.
No-Shows No refunds or credits will be issued.
Custom Projects, Kits & Special Orders
Because custom projects are created specifically for each customer: All custom orders are final. No refunds or exchanges are offered once production has begun.
Weather and Emergency Situations
If RAD Studio Co determines that severe weather, unsafe travel conditions, illness, venue issues, or emergencies require postponement: The event will be rescheduled whenever possible. Payments will be applied to the rescheduled date.
Cancellations by RAD Studio Co
While rare, RAD Studio Co reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an event due to: Illness, Severe weather, Venue issues, Emergencies beyond our control.In these situations, clients will be offered either: A rescheduled date, or A refund of payments made, at RAD Studio Co’s discretion.
Travel Considerations
Many RAD Studio Co events require travel, advance preparation, and custom materials. For this reason, travel expenses, preparation time, and supply costs may not be refundable once incurred.
